Rooms are spacious and posh, with plenty of space and minimalist decor, while the staff is courteous and accommodative, catering to all guests' special requests. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of games and activities, including bird watching and nature walks, throughout their stay.

The buffet spread could use some improvement, as some vegetarian options are limited and do not live up to the resort's claimed star rating.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel - it was serene and surrounded by nature. The staff was exceptional, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely pool and amazing spa. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a variety of options.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was a standout feature, offering an array of services that left me feeling revitalized. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip in the midst of nature. the garden area was meticulously maintained and provided a serene escape. the rooms boasted exclusive advantages, from the stunning views to the spacious layouts. the restaurant and bar/lounge area both had exceptional menus and attentive service. the location's proximity to natural sights and activities was a major benefit.

While the service was overall excellent, there was a minor issue with slow check-in time. Despite this, the staff's courteous and friendly nature made up for any inconvenience.

The resort was perfectly located, surrounded by nature, providing a perfect romantic escape. the luxury rooms were clean and spacious, with all amenities and a beautiful view. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

Although the food was decent, the breakfast options were limited and the spread could have been better. some vegetarian options were not available.
